The consultant will lead and participate in requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support, with a focus on customs management, compliance, and risk management. Additional responsibilities include developing functional specifications, maintaining technical documentation, supporting workshops, troubleshooting issues, and providing end-user training. This engagement ensures the client’s SAP GTS system is optimized for regulatory compliance, trade management, and operational efficiency across multiple business units.
