10:00am-10:40am Session: “Ryerson’s SAP Data Volume and Retention Management Journey”

Deanna Mollett, partner and director of ILM services at Simply ILM, a Vortex affiliate company, co-presented with Ellyn Gavin, director of IT applications development at Ryerson, Inc. They discussed how data volume management has helped Ryerson maintain a healthy system for nearly 10 years. The presentation also addressed key topics related to data management, including the importance of identifying timely solutions in both new and aging systems, and how data quality can impact an organization’s overall data retention and governance strategy.
