After two years of providing IT project management services, the Vortex team has successfully transitioned its PM role to internal resources at our Midwest-based manufacturing client. We continue in a limited support role to ensure our client–a U.S. metals manufacturer–is positioned for seamless internal management of projects.

The Vortex team continues to prioritize building long-standing client relationships as we deliver hypercare support to our client on their post-launch of a greenfield D365 F&O solution. The Q1 2024 launch saw the large North American client move from a legacy system to a cloud ERP solution that is dynamic and will position them at the forefront of ERP technology for years to come.

Vortex celebrates the F&O ERP implementation for a large North American life sciences company. Tapping into the capabilities of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP suite, Vortex provided a large team of project managers and technical and functional team resources throughout the multi-year implementation lifecycle. This implementation takes the industry leader from a legacy system to a modern D365 Cloud ERP solution for Finance & Operations.

A long-time Vortex client is celebrating the successful go-live of an SAP S/4HANA global template for its U.S. food and beverage manufacturing division. After 4 years of work on the large-scale project, Vortex continues to provide both on-site and remote consulting services in an ongoing support role.

Continuing a long-standing relationship that spans more than a decade, a major Vortex client has just renewed with a multi-year service contract. This multinational manufacturer receives SAP staffing support with expertise across a number of SAP modules.

Vortex is celebrating a major milestone alongside one of our long-time clients–the Canadian go-live for the multinational manufacturer has been a success. The final push was completed in Q4 2023, with Vortex staffing resources providing long-term support leading up to, throughout, and now in a continuing role post-launch of the Canadian SAP template.

This spring, Vortex celebrates 7 years of providing ongoing Oracle Hyperion support at a major U.S. healthcare organization. We’ve been administering continuous managed services in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to the North American health insurance provider since 2017.
