Vortex Provides SAP Services for a Leading Fiber Optics Manufacturer

The Vortex team is nearing conclusion of a Q3 and Q4 project providing SAP services for a leading fiber optics manufacturer based in North America. Optimized Excel and SAP integration are a core deliverable of the project, with additional project objectives including the following: establish the ability to enter purchasing contracts into SAP for enhanced financial tracking performance, establish FB01 upload capabilities, align 3-way matching with exception reporting processes, generate batch reversal automation using SAP Accrual Engine, and enhance F110 payment processing settings.

Six-month Extension Granted for SAP Functional Support to Multinational Semiconductor Company

After a successful initial contract period, our client, a multinational semiconductor company, has extended their SAP functional support contract with Vortex for an additional six-month period. Key responsibilities of the contract include these areas: SAP ABAP development consulting and associated system configuration, targeted ABAP development for finance and logistics projects, and procure-to-pay process integration support, along with general production support.

Vortex Spearheads Project in Salesforce Data Archiving for American Manufacturer

Vortex is providing Salesforce data archiving services to our long-time American manufacturer client. Key project components include the following: evaluation of current Salesforce data reporting related to sales and customer invoice documentation, modification to data retrieval protocol for more targeted archive retrieval results, and feasibility analysis on software customization to incorporate non-archived records with Salesforce for user inquiries.

This summer Vortex proudly sponsored the CJB All Stars in the 12U baseball tournament at Cooperstown All Star Village. The All Stars joined the 72-team tournament in week 11 and won the “Fastest Double Play Challenge” in Cooperstown, NY (home to the National Baseball Hall of Fame!). It proved to be a wonderful experience for the kids and their families as they created lasting memories while enjoying America’s favorite pastime!

Large Oracle EBS Implementation on Schedule for 2024 Go-Live

A multi-year Oracle EBS launch for a global manufacturer is on track for 2024. A dedicated Vortex team is providing Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing consulting services in the lead-up to the large-scale Oracle EBS implementation. The high-impact project will go live at several manufacturing plants, bringing efficiency and optimized performance to our client’s organizational ERP setup.

Vortex Provides Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Services

After many years of partnership, Vortex has signed a new contract to provide Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) services to a large payroll and benefits services provider. In this role, we are supporting the integration of Oracle Cloud applications to on-premise Oracle EBS applications, supporting seamless data flow among Oracle ERP, third-party SaaS applications, and the client’s own applications.
