Vortex Consulting is pleased to announce that we’ve expanded our network of sales offices with the addition of a new market in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Scott Young, who has been with Vortex since our early days, is leading the effort. Scott first came onboard in 2000 and just several years later led the expansion of our operations in Canada. With steady growth throughout the U.S. and Canada, Vortex continues to offer IT staffing and support in SAP and Oracle implementation, Cloud upgrades, and ongoing management.

Vortex Consulting is excited to announce the addition of Jamie Mausberg to our team. Jamie brings 25+ years of experience aligning technology services with business results. While his wheelhouse is SAP, Jamie has also led IS teams accountable for enterprise applications, reporting and analytics, and AWS cloud services for a Fortune 500 company. Jamie has held positions in the U.S., Canada, and overseas with consulting firms and in industry. Jamie joins Vortex as our senior director of SAP delivery and is based in Calgary, Canada.

A global Food and Beverage company has awarded Vortex Consulting a multi-year, multi-million dollar S/4HANA global template implementation project. Implementation will initially focus on several major U.S. business units, with scope covering Finance, Supply Chain, Materials, Production, Plant Operations, Warehouse, and significant third party integration.

Vortex Consulting announces the go-live of the Canadian SAP S/4HANA implementation for a major global Bio-tech/Pharmaceutical company. We partnered with the client to enable the extension of the North American template to their Canadian operations. Project scope included Finance, Supply Chain, Materials, Production, Plant Operations, Warehouse, and significant third party integration.

Vortex Consulting is excited to announce that a major midwestern Environmental and Recycling firm has awarded us a contract to develop a comprehensive SAP S/4HANA prototype. We have begun the project, modeling the client’s complex business operations in order to demonstrate the SAP business value proposition and aid in the SAP purchase decision.

Vortex Consulting is proud to highlight consultant William “Marti” Green this month. Marti has over 20 years of experience in SAP R/3 FI/CO implementations. More than an experienced project manager and FI/CO team lead, Marti is an accomplished SAP Product Costing specialist with proven expertise in both discreet and repetitive manufacturing environments. Clients in the food and beverage industry, among others, have benefited from Marti’s leadership in SAP integrations and optimizations. Marti specializes in financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting and is a valued member of the extended Vortex team of consultants. 

Vortex Consulting is excited to announce the addition of Scott Azwell to our team. Scott brings more than 30 years of experience working with ERP systems. Throughout his career he has helped launch implementations and program enhancements with major professional services firms throughout the U.S. and internationally. Scott joins Vortex as our vice president of SAP delivery and is based in our Canandaigua, NY office.
